Overview

You finally found the perfect house that meets all of your criteria, and you want to have it checked out before investing and moving forwards with the purchase. Especially if you’re concerned about cell towers, power lines, toxins in the land or toxins in the air from nearby sources that you have no control over. 

These assessments are designed to happen within a few days or a week depending on where you are in the offer lifecycle and get the data and answers to you so that you can make an informed decision as soon as possible. 

It’s optional for you to be present during the assessment, especially if you are out of state or greater than a few hours drive away. Many of my clients who are in the area prefer to walk through with me so that they can see all of the measurements and ask questions along the way. Oftentimes I’ll notice things they might have overlooked or talk about future plans after move-in that are healthier decorating or remodel plans to keep their home as healthy as possible. 

Once you fill out the request form and we start the process, you’ll receive a How to Prepare checklist to work with your realtor to ensure the process goes smoothly from start to finish.
